Yes. Every account gets free AI usage to build and refine a first site. Your plan starts when your site goes live. If you need more before then, credits keep you building — $10 for 1,000, and they never expire.
Chats count toward your monthly AI usage, and most sites never come close. If you do run out, your credits keep chat going. If those run out too, chat keeps taking messages so you never lose a lead.
Visitor chat, AI site edits (like new photos, prices or a new page), AI form handling and Kovi’s help. Kovi Standard includes twice as much as Starter. Starter includes 50 AI images a month, Standard includes 100.
Your credits kick in on their own and keep everything running — one balance across all your sites, and they never expire. If those run out too, your site stays online and chat keeps taking messages, while AI edits pause until the 1st. Refill with $10 for 1,000 credits anytime. You can see your usage in your dashboard.
