We collect only what we need to create your account and run your sites: account details (name, email, password), billing information, the content on your sites, and basic usage data like logins and error logs. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

If you use the KoviSites AI assistant on your site, it processes what your visitors type into it. You own that data and control it. We process it only to provide the service to you. You’re responsible for letting your visitors know the assistant is in use.

We use your information to run and secure your sites, bill you, provide support, and improve KoviSites. We also use it to contact you about your account, like billing notices and service alerts. We don’t use it for anything else.

When you or your visitors use an AI feature, the conversation is sent to our AI provider to generate a response, then returned to you. We don’t use your conversations to train AI models. Conversations are saved as a log in your account for as long as your account is active, so you have your history.

We share data only with the service providers we need to run KoviSites: Stripe for payments, our hosting and infrastructure partners, and our AI provider for AI features. They may use it only to do their job for us. We don’t sell your data and we don’t share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep your site content and AI conversation logs for as long as your account is active, because you need them to run your sites. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. We keep site backups for 7 days, so any remaining backup copies are removed within that window. We may keep billing records longer where tax and accounting rules require it.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@koviteam.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re in a region with specific privacy laws, like the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights, and we honor them.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and your account secure. Your login session lasts up to 30 days unless you sign out first. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but you won’t be able to stay logged in.
