Is the assistant included?
Yes, in every plan, along with the assistant in your admin. Chats count toward a monthly AI usage limit. If you go over, your site stays online and the chat keeps taking messages for you.
Will it say things I wouldn’t?
It answers only from your site and what you’ve told it. When it isn’t sure, it says so and takes the customer’s details for you instead of guessing.
Can it book and take payments?
Yes, when you turn it on. It checks your real open times, takes payment through your own Stripe account, and the customer confirms before anything is booked or charged.
How do I know when someone reaches out?
